1. The principal reserved the right to grant or refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason.
2. The principal can cancel admission of student at any time without any reason what so ever.
3. The students registered with the GNDU / PSEB are required to write their registration number in the column provided in the admission form so that such students do not have to pay the University / Board Registration fee again only continuation fee will be charred from such students.
- A student admitted provisionally to any class is required to submit the original certificate of the lower examination passed within 5 days of Admission for issue of University Registration Number failing which the Admission of the students to the college shall stand cancelled automatically although he / she might have paid all college dues. The dues thus paid shall not be refunded.
- The students placed under Compartment in any examination of another University shall not be allowed admission to the higher class even provisionally.
- Admission to the college is made provisionally at the sole risk and responsibility of a student and is subject to the subsequent approval of GNDU / PSEB. If approval to the admission is withheld by the competent authority ( for the reason that the student concerned has failed to provide the required document in time / has hidden some information / given false information / is not eligible to join the class otherwise), the entire responsibility in such a case will lie with the student himself / herself. He / she will not be entitled to any claim whatsoever from the College.
- As per the instructions / decisions taken by GNDU, our college will keep five seats reserved (Over & above the total number of seats sanctioned) for the genuinely poor students who will be charged no fees at all. However, a claimant for this reservation.
- Must qualify the Entrance Examination (if specified for such a class) in the required grade;
- Must submit a certificate from an appropriate authority that the annual income of the parents does not exceed Rs. 24000/- P.A
- Must fulfill all the conditions regarding division / marks / merit in the lower class.
Fee Structure & Tariff
The fee structure of our institution depends upon the academic clout of our faculty, the range of support services, the delivery techniques pressed into service, the quality of equipment, the research facilities extended, and the rules and regulations laid down by the University/ the UGC and the Government. The applicants must study and scan the fee-structure before signing and submitting applications for admission of a course. Fees and funds once paid will not be refunded in any case even though a student has not attended college for single day. The college is not bound by any remedial claim or grouse, incidental or consequential, express or implied, accruing from fee, funds and other tariffs.
